This spring has already been packed with energy, creativity, and incredible conversations, and it’s not over yet! I’ve just wrapped up a fantastic run of appearances at the Ideal Home Show in London north to Glasgow on 23–24 May 2025
London Highlights - A Buzz of Renovation Inspiration
There’s something truly special about the Ideal Home Show in London, the atmosphere, the crowd, and the non-stop excitement about home improvement. Over March and April, I had the privilege of speaking on stage to thousands of homeowners, renovators, and design lovers who were eager to transform their spaces and unlock the potential in their properties.
My stage talks were focused on property makeovers and smart renovations . From small, cost-effective updates to full-scale transformations, I shared lot of tips from my own property journey, including some behind-the-scenes stories focused on 3 of the 21 projects I’ve worked on over the years.
Some of the top tips I shared with the London audience included:
Plan with purpose . Before picking up a paintbrush, define your renovation goals. Are you looking to sell, rent, or simply create a home you love?
Know where to invest . Kitchens and bathrooms continue to lead when it comes to adding value – but never underestimate the power of great lighting or clever storage.
Think sustainably . From energy-efficient windows to reclaimed materials, eco-conscious upgrades are both smart and future-proof.
Make it personal . The best spaces reflect you . Don’t be afraid to inject colour, texture, and character into your home.
