I’m absolutely thrilled to announce that I’ll be at the Installer Show 2025 NEC Birmingham between 24-26 June, where I have the honour of opening the Haus and officially helping launch the brand new Workie App
The Installer Show is the UK’s biggest event for professionals working across heating, plumbing, renewable energy, and home improvement, and it’s where innovation meets real, practical know-how. Whether you’re a seasoned tradesperson, a self-builder, or someone passionate about property and renovation (like me!), it’s an unmissable event packed with inspiration.
Why I’m Excited to Open the Show
Having spent so many years immersed in property renovation and working closely with contractors and installers, I know how vital this industry is to the way we live. Behind every beautiful kitchen, energy-efficient heating system, or perfectly finished bathroom is a skilled professional making it all happen. That’s why being invited to open the 2025 Installer Show

Launching the Workie App . This will be a Game-Changer for Trades and Homeowners
One of the things I’m most excited about is helping with the launch of the BRAND NEW WORKIE APP
Workie is a UK-based platform designed to connect skilled tradespeople ("Workies") with customers looking for trusted services. The app simplifies job booking, paperwork, and compliance by offering features like digital risk assessments, invoicing, and job tracking, all from a mobile device. For tradespeople, Workie provides a streamlined way to manage their business, access trade discounts, and build their reputation with verified reviews. For consumers, it offers a fast and reliable way to find qualified professionals.
Initially focused on acquiring paying tradespeople, Workie will expand to include a consumer-facing marketplace, making it the all-in-one app for hiring and managing trades across the UK.
